Yearly Subscription sign up not working

Hi,
Just tried paying for premium on the annual subscription (same email as this account) and the money has left my account but my account is still showing as free trial expired. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi - that should be fixed now. Apologies for the inconvenience. Out of interest, did you get any error on the screen during the subscription process. I’d like to understand what went wrong if possible. I gave you an extra month for free
