Issue with uploading RWGPS Links

Hello support,

I am trying to add a public RWGPS route to Mappily but I am getting back the following:

https://ridewithgps.com/routes/51596013 this is the run link which is publicly accessible but it appears there is an issue adding it. If I download the GPX and upload that manually it still works. I started receiving this issue yesterday (although I hadn’t used Mappily in a while), so perhaps the issue has been there for longer.

Are you sure this route is public. When accessing, we see

Public routes appear to work just fine. Try explicitly making the route public, and log out to check it has worked
