Automatic paypal payment for yearly subscription but no account renewal

Sorry to contact you this way, but david@mappily.info and support@mappily.info get a 550 relay not permitted" error in email.
On the fifth of june 2025 there was an automatic PayPal payment for a yearly subscription. Unfortunately my account is still expired. Is there a way to fix this from your end or my end?
Let me know on which email I can send you the details of the payment if you need them.

Thank you so much for your quick reply.
I noticed that the first part of my email address is the same, but the email I paid with, ends with @gmail.com.
I must have used my other email address to subscribe to the forum.
Hopefully it’s easy to find.
